Getting started with finding literature Online

This workshop will provide an overview of how to conduct a literature review. Emphasis will be placed on developing search strategies, identifying appropriate databases, and finding articles and books, including finding the full-text. We will also focus on practical tactics to save you time and effort as you begin your literature review.

The materials that you need for the session are on Brightspace. Prior to the live session, please take the pre-session survey, read the content in the module, fill out the research development worksheet, and take the post-session quiz. The live session will contain a demonstration and have time to answer your questions.

Prof. Marilia Antunez is the Life & Allied Health Librarian. She has expertise in topic development and searching for information particularly in the Life Sciences.
